What does well rested and not look like?

Recovery foods... But this time, i mean a different kind of recovery. I'm so sorry for yet another quiet week from me. After my Satudray victory at my friend's birthday (what a great day) I woke up the Sunday with the WORST COLD. By now (Wednesday afternoon) I feel well enough to at least have had a shower. I had a day of totally guilt-free gaming and movie-watching on Sunday which (as horrid as my body felt) was perfectly fun. However, I've had to get some work done this week which has been challenging. Although I really feel a lot better, my routine has been affected.
clockwise from bottom left: last night's dinner... an egg-fried slice of low GI brown with some cucumber, peppadews and celery. Easy enough for a sicky like me.
Top: this morning's breakfast: all bran with half an orange.
Bottom right: my current favorite snack/meal replacement: one cup of yoghurt with a wonderful meal alternative shake (which I'll discuss some more still) and some mixed nuts.
I've eaten a lot these last few days, especially fruit and honey. I am unhappy about the sugar content of the meds I'm taking and am considering a 3 day detox once I'm healed up.
