From street-food to main service, Taste and Liquor's very own @rebel_indian_ takes over the kitchen at The Plough in Harborne, on Sunday 25 June. Curator of the Women in Street Food Platform, this emerging chef will be cooking up a storm outside in the garden kitchen, from 4pm. With a vision to present new ideas when it comes to Modern Indian food, with a British influence.
The Plough will also be presenting a fantastic selection of Ale and Beer to compliment each dish and Lee (The Plough) and Craig Bartlett will be spinning laid-back tunes on the decks.

I wanted to find a job for this summer but instead of that i find a job for November when i will be back in France.
I have two months and half left in France with nothing to do before going to South Korea and i've decided that i will not waste this time in the virtual world.
So I challenge myself this summer to do the things that i always wanted to do but never did it/or finished it.
🌼First thing first: i'm gonna learn how to play guitar.
🌼Second: take my driving theory test.
🌼Third: learn the basics of korean.
🌼Forth: have a healthy morning routine and doing exercices every morning.
🌼Fifth: run at least one time per week in the forest.
🌼Sixth: draw 10 big mandalas♡
🌼And last thing: learn more about the planet.

Breakfast is the usual 40g of gluten free oats with almond milk with some fruit on top 💗
I woke up and weighed myself this morning and my weight hadn't really changed at all which made me relieved after being ill last night, this just means I really do have a fresh start this morning, I don't have to worry about any weight gain that may make me want to restrict and I'm not going to worry too much about increasing my calories either. At the moment I'm focusing on eating 3 meals and some fruit in between and actually keeping that down. There's really no point increasing if I can't keep the calories down I'm just doing more harm to my body in the end💗
